How information is used

Information is used to answer questions, create and fulfill orders, match photo submissions to payments, provide customer support, prevent misuse, and keep required business records. Mugged! By Camille does not sell customer information.

Customer photo and reference-file protection

Customer uploads, including custom-order reference files, are stored in private website storage and are accessible only to Camille for reviewing requests, order production, and support. Original photos, artwork, documents, and previews are not placed in the public product gallery and are not used for advertising or social media without separate permission.

Uploaded files are kept only as long as reasonably needed to review or produce the item, resolve order questions, and protect against mistakes. After an order or request is complete or cancelled, Camille can permanently delete the customer files while retaining limited order history.

Service providers

The website uses service providers to host the site and private files, deliver contact-form and submission notifications, verify whether a local-delivery address is within the offered radius, and process payments. Square handles payment-card information; Mugged! By Camille does not receive or store full card numbers.

Your choices

You may ask what customer information is associated with your order, correct inaccurate details, or request deletion of uploaded photos by using the website contact form. Some transaction information may need to be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations.

Security and children

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security. This website is intended for adults making purchases and does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
