The basics for shopping handmade
Website & Order Terms
Terms covering handmade variations, personalization approvals, pricing, and acceptable use of the website.
Last updated October 3, 2026Orders and availability
Submitting payment requests an order but does not guarantee acceptance if an item is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, or the order cannot reasonably be produced. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be contacted and any applicable payment will be refunded.
Product availability, prices, and designs may change. Preorder and Coming Soon notices control when an item may be purchased.
Handmade products
Items are created in small batches. Minor differences in color, placement, or finish may occur between screens, mockups, and finished handmade products. These natural differences are not defects when they do not affect normal use.
Personalization approval
Customers are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates, photo selection, crop, orientation, and other submitted details. Selecting “Use This Photo” or otherwise approving a proof authorizes production using those settings.
Rights to submitted content
By submitting a photo, artwork, name, phrase, or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for the requested product. You grant Mugged! By Camille permission to use that content only as needed to prepare, produce, and support your order.
Website use
Do not misuse the website, attempt to access another customer’s files, submit unlawful or harmful content, or interfere with website security. The shop may refuse a request involving content it reasonably believes is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or unsafe.
Questions and applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Illinois. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Use the website contact form with questions about an order or these terms.
