Shipping

Orders ship for a flat rate of $9.99. The delivery address entered during checkout is the address that will be used, so please review it carefully before submitting your order.

Personalized orders: I aim to make and ship within 5 business days, often sooner.

Non-personalized orders typically ship within 2 business days.

Shipping transit time is additional. Arrival dates are not guaranteed.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available for a flat $5 fee within a five-mile radius of the shop location, Friday through Sunday. The website checks the submitted delivery address before payment; the shop's private street address is not displayed.

Local delivery takes place Friday–Sunday once your order is ready. Need urgent delivery? Contact Camille before ordering to discuss availability.

For larger custom orders, delivery may be available elsewhere in the Chicagoland area. Availability and pricing depend on the order size and destination; please contact Camille before ordering.

Sales tax

Illinois sales tax is applied only when the submitted delivery address is in Illinois. Out-of-state shipments are not charged Illinois tax. Tax settings may be updated if the shop's legal collection obligations change.

Holiday timing

For Christmas delivery, please order by December 15 for shipping or December 18 for local delivery. These dates allow time for production and normal carrier service, but they are not carrier guarantees.

Delays or address problems

If you notice an incorrect address, contact Camille as quickly as possible. Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery timing and rerouting are outside the shop’s direct control, but Camille will help review available tracking information.
